"Having lived in West Yorkshire for over 30 years, I find the variety and contrast around me a never ending source of inspiration. My early work deviated through an eclectic range of subject matter, mainly figurative and delicate in nature. These works used a variety of two dimensional and printing techniques. Currently ideas are in response to stimuli arising from landscapes - urban, rural or found objects. I am particularly attracted to man’s effect on the environment and seek to reflect this in screen print, collograph, monoprint and etching. "
